Yoga

While on a quest to find my equilibration, I stumbled onto the path of yoga. Through repetition, showing up to meet my mat, even when wrapped in anxiety or self-doubt, I experienced a sense of grounding, mental clarity and acceptance of the continuing changes within oneself. 

I am delighted to have had the opportunity to train and complete my 200 hour YTTC Teacher Training. I hold a lot of gratitude and space for this spiritual practice and I am so happy to be able to share this with you.

Yin Yoga

A slow and inward practice. Challenging the mind while stressing the connective tissues to strengthen. Excellent for mobility, immunity, circulation and flexibility.

Meditation

Through Pranayama (breath work), visualisation, affirmations and chants, we will explore the mind and our inner world.

Vinyasa

A dynamic style of flow yoga. Think stirring stagnant energy. Syncing the body to the mind and the mind to the breath.


How to book:

Classes are delivered live online via Zoom.us.

To join a class, simply click on the donate button below, which will lead you to Paypal to make your class donation.

Paypal will offer an option to leave a personal message – please state here which class you are donating for.

Please note you do not need a Paypal account to leave a donation.

Once I receive your donation, I will email out the codes and class info for that class.
​I will email info to the Paypal email used to leave the donation, unless otherwise stated in the message section.

Please make sure to book your spot at least 30minutes before the scheduled start time in order to receive the codes.
